Has it been that long?

I can't believe that it has been almost a month since I've posted. Time does fly when your busy. We survived the holiday this year....no strange food poisoning flu outbreak. (Like last turkey day) However the cousins were sick so we'll probably end up with colds within a few days. Oh we'll I just have to realize hat some people...even family...can be really inconsiderate. I think it finally being finished with exams help alleviate some stress from the entire situation as well. I am done...and I passed! However that so called programming project is a complete blur and I bombed that but oh well. I ended up passing the class at least. (which I was very concerned about) Psych of course was a completed 4.0. I love Psych classes...and I have so many more to look forward to. However I have decided to the Psych class I had registered for this winter. We have big plans in our house this coming winter and early spring and it will be easier if I don't have to be focused on class. I have been waiting three years for this....which seems more like ten...but we are going to move! I am so excited. I need to get the house ready to show which means minor painting and maybe replacing a kitchen floor. But with Peanut that’s going to take a little longer than normal. We are very excited though. Oh and of course their will be the much needed free time for knitting! This past month I neglected a few things that I was so eager to start. Poor Pasadena is in the WIP basket. I have been thinking about starting over and converting he pattern to a top down knit instead of in pieces. I dread the seaming. My twist sock is finished but lonely with out it's mate.

Peanut hid my little note sheet with the pattern on it....and sad to say it may have been mistaken for a piece of clutter that was tossed. I am going to have to spend a little time with the sock and see if I can figure out the pattern again. I did almost finish a sleeveless turtle neck that I used that OnLine yarn I got a while back.

I had to make some alterations to the pattern but now I have to undo the bottom and add a couple inches of ribbing or something to stop the rolling hem. I also started another sweater from the Loop-D-loop book. Just a pic of the yarn though because honestly this WIP looks horrible.

I love the yarn because its thick and kind of loopy...but a real pain to knit with. It seems to catch on every stitch. So that it's. I also have been sewing curtains...well hemming them anyways. Which I'm off to do while little miss is sleeping. :)
